PPC pistons meet or exceed original equipment manufacturers quality, material and workmanship. We are experienced in making 1-piece, 2-piece cast of fully machined pistons. Should the service or urgency require, 2-piece or 3-piece hollow pistons can be build on an emergency basis.
PPC Pistons are cast or fully machine from aluminum, steel or cast iron. We use only mill-certified raw materials in our precision manufacturing processing. Each piston is checked for porosity, dimensional accuracy and weight, Ring groove sizes are checked and double checked for accuracy.
