We take great pride in repairing your valves using the following flow system:
- Receive and ID all parts
- Disassemble
- Wash valves
- Glass bead Blast
- Non-destructive inspection of valve
- Re-machine critical parts if warranted back to the manufacturer’s specifications
- Replace critical parts with PPC internal elements
- Assemble
- Air test for leakage
- Package and return to the customer
